My client is a recognised provider of dealer led finance and leasing options who currently requires a Credit Analyst based from their West Midlands office. Ultimately you will take responsibility for underwriting credit applications on behalf of their Northern Europe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing and interpreting commercial credit requests.
- Presenting recommendations to senior management and the credit committee.
- Underwriting within the limitations of your delegated authority.
- Supporting the wider credit team and management.
- Complying to credit policies, directives and guidelines.
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills:
- Ideally you will be university educated with previous credit & risk experience preferably in the financial services sector.
- You will also have strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Experience of underwriting commercial asset backed finance will be a distinct advantage.
