Pukka Flight to hit the tape first in Williamhill.com Stakes at Sunderland
Pukka Flight is making a step up in class after bagging a comfortable A5 victory at Sunderland last week. The black dog faced a couple of unlucky defeat prior to that triumph. Having returned to the winning ways, W. Miller?s charge is full of momentum, and could display a superb show in Williamhill.com Stakes, a 450 metres A4 contest, scheduled to be held at Sunderland on Tuesday, December 18th.
Pukka Flight?s last act was mighty impressive. The 3-year-old established his supremacy at the fourth bend, and stayed ahead afterwards. With the help of a fantastic effort, the son of Collision, out of Clonoulty Wasp, seized the first rank by two and a half lengths.
Other hounds in the race are: Catunda Valerie, Slaneyside Cindy, Killer Queen, Fairholme Noah, and Tullymurry Radar. The 450 metres clash will be kicked off at 18:04 GMT. The successful hound will leave the field with a prize worth ?146. There are numerous dangerous runners in the pack, thus an exciting battle is on the cards.
It is not an easy task for Killer Queen, despite the fact that she was triumphant last time. Y. Bell?s charge will have a squeak if delivering her one hundred percent. Catunda Valerie has recently shown enough to win a race of this nature. The fawn bitch surely has a role to play, but her supporters cannot afford to be complacent.
Slaneyside Cindy has medal possibilities if things go to the plan. The black bitch has stepped into this class after winning an A5 contest by 2? lengths. As far as Fairholme Noah?s prospects are concerned, a few others make more appeal. The white and brindle dog completed the order of finish last time, and would be under severe pressure.
Tullymurry Radar is here just to fill the box. The black dog is in terrible form at the moment, and seems to have no chance whatsoever. He finished at bottom of the table on three of his previous five trips. So, those who are interested in staking money should not notice his presence. We wish the best of luck to all the contestants.
