They allow baseless comments to be posted that make defamatory comments about individuals and companies. I came across a really horrible article posted about me yours truly ?Paul Klerck? it was was filled with lies and a total unwarranted attack on me. The comments posted about me is total case of defamation against my character.
I know who posted the article but I need further proof to commence a defamation case against the poster. But all the same I going to seek damages against Reviews Talk.
Reviews Talk can try and run for cover but unless they take the article down and then post a public online apology to me and then provide me with the posters details I will be seeking an immediate court injunction to have the site closed down I am also lodging a complaint to Google and Chilling Effects to have the site black listed.
These type of review sites are low grade online extortion operated by small minded brainless extortion artists that hide behind false identities. Reviews Talk need to decide if they want to publish lies and rubbish about Paul Klerck then they want to have the proof to back it up or you will be paying for your mindless mistakes.
This type of crap is low grade journalism should be banned from the Internet. Reviews Talk your site should be closed down and banned from the Internet.
