The Catalent Pharma Solution team is seeking a Business Units Human Resources Director based in our Somerset, NJ Corporate Offices who will be responsible for supporting the development and driving the delivery of an integrated, business oriented approach to human capital strategies, policies, programs and solutions within the combined businesses. The HR Director, BU Must possess a deep understanding of the HR issues and priorities across the businesses and works with the VP HR to identify solutions.

This position is accountable to the Vice President HR of Development & Clinical Services and Medication Delivery Solutions businesses for supporting the development and driving the delivery of an integrated, business oriented approach to human capital strategies, policies, programs and solutions within the combined businesses.

The ideal candidate will have extensive background in organizational and Leadership development to support the growth and direction of the business as well as a demonstrated track record of implementing these programs in a rapidly growing environment. The HR Director BU will act a business partner that drives HR strategy including development and execution of the organizational structure and Talent strategy and its crucial link to the overall corporate strategy. Armed with this insight, the HR Director, BU will be a proactive contributor that actively seeks out trends that may impact the company?s ability to attract, retain and develop talent and build organizational capability. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and flexible as the responsibilities to support multiple business units will grow and change over time. This is an upward mobile position in a fast-paced collaborative and inclusive environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement an effective Human Resources strategy focused on creating world-class global business segments. This includes: workforce planning and hiring, talent identification and development, compensation, and organization structure.
2. Develop an integrated, business oriented approach to Human Resources programs and initiatives aligned to market and business realities. The individual will act as a change agent, developing and implementing progressive Human Resources policies and processes, driving integration of M&A activities
3. Build strong partnering relationships with the BU sales leaders, their teams and other senior leaders as assigned, to enhance business and individual performance and longer-term development.
4. Drive organization revenue growth through an effective sales organization.
5. Develop strong professional and relationships and influence with functional human resources partners and line HR management built on demonstrated expertise, integrity and the ability to achieve results.
